Heroïn and the plumbing trick

I read a testimony by A. Leco (Les chiens de Bangkok: voyage au bout de la dope), I am grateful that he wrote his story, as I have never taken drugs and read this story. Why the plumbing in Fischer's story:
1- the had a plumber come to my room numerous times also when they had me in the hospital
2- it's basically how they catch people outside the system: sooner or later they get parasites from the water and are forced back into the system

Why the first 3 days and the 21 days observation, part my understanding is that this part is also about drugs. Not all drugs are the same and they don't all create a dependance, which they call an addiction in some culture, and heroïn is terrible and causes immediate dependance, and there is a 3 days period where the lack of drug causes a terrible physical reaction, the same as one's shell collapsing, and even sometimes there's ejaculation, and then it takes 3 weeks to get unhooked psychologically. And the way he describes what happens is very similar to dependance to porn and he calls heroïn "HER", and the way it recomforts or causes pleasure is like having a female come over with like an apparition. And when he finally gets out of "jail" (military type nonsense torture center in Thaïland where they kill people) at the end of his sentence for drugs and has to formalize the papers, he describes how the policeman then takes some seized drug from the closet and offers it to him, and he doesn't have a choice, ends up on his knees to put his arm between his legs to shoot himself with a seringe, and sees himself from the perspective of the policeman in this embarrasing position for himself and feels like pity for himself. He then shoots himself a fix and leaves with the pack of drugs, which he took home by airplane.
There are other tricks they would do in psychiatry and on the ground which I have left out, and in psychiatry one gets to see a doctor maybe once a day for a few minutes, the rest of the time it's a bunch of rooms and a leasure area with a nurse and a few intervinents (specialized workers).
Where I'm getting with all of this is that the second judge I saw for the 21 days guard, said there was a threat about water and heating justifying a further stay.
How do they make up a disease is like this: the symptom says there is a disease, and the cause specifies what disease.
So if the cause is the brain scan and the symptom is misbehaviour or aggressive behaviour, then the inject and sequester, take the person's belongings etc. etc., that's my understanding of this thing, and they don't find a cause, like heroïn, then I don't know.
I wanted to say also that I saw some video on youtube on ww2 where there is a testimony of somebody who was driving a tank and he goes: "I don't know what the heck happened, all of a suden the tank caught fire and stopped", and the narrator to go, in an aggressive, authoritary and peremptory manner: "after he was hit from the air by a bomb": meaning, the military doesn't have to prove or demonstrate his "facts". When they report about Syria on canadian tv they call russian bombings "murderous bombings", in a stressed manner, when they talk about Russia they always show blurred out images from a panicking, alieneted narrator, and they show people really dying sometimes, which they never do on the other side of course. Even tabloïds covering russia in the west like pravda do this speed talking, panicking trick. Which gets me to this point, that after the 24 days and the water trick, I think there is this risk: as a drafter for the army said: "you know that guy who was from that country? yeah yeah!... Well he was a spy! ahhhh..." and somebody in the assistance to ask: "what happens to such spies", and the drafter to answer: "aaahhhh!...", they just disapear!
And about the pills having been taken from Fischer, remember the injection?
And why they refuse to consider porn an addiction, or a dependance, is that there really isn't a known pattern about it, I think...
Of course I have to try to find out what health problem that weakens me is, but it really worries me to take a terrible chance by seeing a doctor, but what to do, everything is blocked over the counter, even for pharmacians, they keep control, and the threat is that some diseases, like parasites, are forcibly declared to the government as a sanitary crisis and a big reason to stick their nose there. I had mentioned to both judges (before and after the 72 hours guard request by the hospital) the weakening and all that happened after the first passage at the hospital, saying it was the chemicals, and that before that I was fine, but can't pinpoint what is the cause exactly since I used to be very careful about water, but recently I have been uncarefull about the water on one occasion, not the water at my home but elsewhere. Of course the judge must have seen all that from a mile away, it's just an easy way to catch outsiders or the poor.
And to add about that reflexion about everyone having one's place in the sky, above the sky nobody should pretend to descend something on somebody else, it's the wrong way, it should go up not down, and some character types "fall on others" being bent backwards, and those you can't blame morally or prevent them from retributing or making things right when they think something wrong has been done, as the re-pass the top, it's not necesserely a bad thing of course, just a disposition and a movement. Of course the Bible or the Quran are not the truth or God's word if they are not accepted, a name is a name, and something like Sharia is not valid either, it is based on invasion and the threat and application of violence and terror.
In the book I read, there is a passage where they forced the author to partake in military exercises after the mandatory time for prayers to Budha and the national antemn, of course the guy just collapses ands get a few days off doing military walks at one step per second singing national hymns all day. It's just based on aggresivity and terror, how long would these systems last without being enforced by force? They wouldn't even be there, they're like a borrowed shell.

Being criminally denied medical access
I followed up on this trying last sunday, going in town to see what I could do about my health concerns and here's what happened:
I first went to a pharmacist and talked to him, they don't do anything about parasites, especially those in the water, they only can do something about pin worms, and since I have hepatic symptoms he said I had beter go to the emergency. I told him that was dangerous. About 3 weeks ago, I thought I had caught pneumonia, I got dizzy and feverish all of a sudden in bed and when I got up I got all dizzy; I put on lots of heat for the fever and started vomiting and have diareha for about 24-36 hours, and I would until these last few days get dizzy when turning to my left side, had like a swollen liver, trouble breathing... I made my own research and at this point I still have this but almost gone.
Afer seeing the pharmacist, I went to the emergency, taking a chance there. I got to see a doctor I had never seen before. It's a rather small town and I don't have a vehicule to go elsewhere. She touched around the stomach to see where there is pain and I had pain at the liver, they took blood samples, after waiting for a while they said indeed they could see the liver was working a lot, and that they would make further tests the next morning at 7 since the other department was closed at night. They purposely don't provide a bed. I said I had to bike 60km to get there so not possible, they said it was not possible to sleep at the hospital, the pharmacian said the contrary and had already worked around psychiatry and knew about the head scans they convertly take there, so maybe he was purposelly ignorant or frivolous; so they made the apointment at noon and gave me a paper sheet to show the next day. So I went back home, then back there, and it turns out they didn't tell me I had to fast before the test, and the paper sheet was the one for the blood test, not even the right one. So after further testing they sent me back with the result to the emergency room, at some point wondering why the heck I had been classified as a potential covid hazard, then they called me to the first room which is with the nurse prior to seeing a doctor, it didn't feel confortable, somebody that I didn't see talked to the nurse thru the door reporting nonsense symptoms that I didn't report. Then after that they called me to the doctor's room and while waiting there, one of the same generalist doctors as in psychiatry was talking loudly thru the door: "did you know that man was admited as having a delirium trouble!?". Then she came in and said agressively at some point in the short conversation: "they didn't say you had anything with the liver from the blood" and I said: "I'll come back further this week to continue the tests so as not to falsify anything with the diet" and she said agressively as thought I couldn't answer: "you will come next week!". Aggressively falsifying what I was saying. I talked to all of them not just about the hepatic symptoms of course but the problem I have from back when they put me thru psychiatry, the part where I was fine and after that episode my health had been ruined. And by the way, when they put me there the first time, it's not true that I had caused a disturbance, I had been threatened into being sent there, it was the only option. Yesterday they were again insiduously asking questions about my general living conditions. So I left there being sure they would mess with the results if I did further tests. The agressive doctor said if they didn't call me after those test everything was fine, since I don't have a phone I could always check with the archives. When I came home sunday I threw the hospital card and their tests and paper in the garbage. So right after I that yesterday, being still in town, Iwent to the government building to see what to do and they said: police.

When I was in psychiatry the last time, they had a special measure that would allow people to use the computer to communicate, so I said great I'll check my e-mails and make sure my snail mail packages are ok, and so they gave me my wallet and my usb key for my password, but it actually wasn't on it; I rather had these videos about the airplanes I was taking, so we (me and the nurse there) said: great, "I can show them", and when we tried to look at videos it was not possible, it had been disabled or something, so we logged out, the nurse logged back in with her account, and then we could watch the videos, so she was that my house was fine looking since we could also see it, and that there really were aircrafts there, like the helicopter, even thought the sound was too crappy most of the time, it's not like a credible proof, but it's certainly no hallucination, and sometimes it'S right over my land. Shortly after that, maybe the next day, some guy comes in with a cart saying in a threatening way: "is this the psychiatrist's room!??" and was insulting me when leaving, I think the same cart as the "plumber". And they had some guy talk from the backroom or desk that we couldn't see saying loudly: "sociopath... after a stay in the hospital!...".
Ok, so yesterday I went to the police after the government building andasked right upfront: "Can I be taken seriously orhad I better leave?" theygot me to speak with an agent, I said I wanted criminal pursuit against t hat doctor, the policeman personally knew the doctor, basically, she'scredible, reputable, I'm not. Basically same "argument" (the police doesn't let people argue) about no facts being possibly established, saying I should go thru bureacracy, shortly after that another agent came in saying I shouldn't be listened to and then I had to leave. So I went back to the government building, it was raining, I will have madeover 300km biking in 3 days, and at the government building she said there wasn't really anything to do after I explained quickly that it's just the throwing the ball around game. Then I went to the other government building to see if they could do anything, I explained what was happening and why it wasn't plausible or usefull to refer from one service to the other, so she had the idea, probably the only one I hadn't checked so far: a street worker, especially since the homeless shelter makes backgroud checks and everything, they don't allow anyone there, even some homeless shelters are reserved to those seeking employment to quote the clerck on the phone. To continue my story, still yesterday, around 15:30, I got the number of the street worker and met him. I at leanght told the story and the context, how the system works, for a long time, and asked what his job was: he refers people to services. But he said he would call the hospital and tell them that I couldn't get medical attention because I was being threatened and criminally handled there. I gave him the name of the obviously bad doctor also. I tryed to do a follow up but he wasn't reacheable. This is anything, he didn't seriously take what I was saying or really taking my side. So at this point it's back to make-shift solutions and being on my own. I never should have went back there, but how would I have known first hand? I found stopping eating and drinking as little as possible and taking a magnesium suplement for a while had really helped. Being short of time, I'll stop this here, things should be back to normal now.
